A few weeks ago I was given the opportunity to select a couple of outfits from Jokers Masquerade fancy dress costumes for Kayleigh and Ethan to try out and review.
I knew straight away that the first section Disney Princess costumes as Kayleigh love’s her Rapunzel outfit so I knew she’d be happy with any princess outfit.
After having a look through their amazing range I settled on a Tinkerbell costume as this has been one of her favourite films for years. It wasn’t any Tinkerbell outfit thought, it was a light up one!
As soon as it arrived, Kayleigh had to put it on. She was not going to wait that’s for sure.
We picked the toddler size small which is to fit a 3-4 year old, perfect for Kayleigh’s age & I was very impressed by the costume itself.
The sizing was spot on, which is unusual for fancy dress! It fitted Kayleigh perfectly and it was well made. The lighting is supplied via a little battery pack in the dress that feeds into little blue LED lights. They aren’t super bright but are enough that even in the normal day light you can see them & Kayleigh always enjoys having them on.
One of my favourite features is the wings (yup I said wings!). With previous outfits the wings have come with little straps that go round the shoulders, not these ones though. These have a velcro patch in the middle of the wings and the back of the costume. There is also 2 smaller patches of velcro near the straps of the outfit which holds the wings near the top of the body.
Another great think about this site is the wide selection available not just to toddlers but to a whole age range including adults, plus they have a varying range of prices so perfect for all budgets.
All in all we were very impressed with this outfit & Kayleigh think’s it’s just fantastic so that is a huge plus. I also now know where to head for World Book Day costumes next time too!
