*Prize Draw* Zaggora Hotpants 2.0

Lets face it if your like me, your diet went out the window over the summer with BBQ’s and grazing in the hot weather and now with Christmas coming up I’m dreading the weight creeping on.

So I’ve promised myself I’m going to get fitter (especially as we’re taking our first holiday abroad next year!) and to help me do this I have a great pair of Zaggora hotpants 2.0 plus I have a pair to give away.

Let me give you a bit more information on this great prize (I’m currently reviewing them now!)

Zaggora commissioned independent research on the effects of HotPants at the Chelsea School of Sport, University of Brighton, who compared HotPants to a standard fitness-wear garment when worn during 30 minutes of exercise. The research revealed:

·         HotPants increase the effectiveness of exercise over 30  Minutes

·         HotPants increased the metabolic rate in the hour after 30 minutes of exercise

·         HotPants increase energy expenditure in the resting stage after exercise

·         The core temperature of each subject was increased when wearing HotPants

·         Thermal sensation was significantly greater but comfortable in HotPants

    Walking – we have two dogs now (though the puppy cannot go down on the ground just yet as she only had her 2nd vaccination yesterday and is just 9 weeks and 6 days old!) Sooooo while the kids are at school I walk the dog/s along the beach every day! Walking on the sand is great for toning thighs! We often go into the countryside too for walks at the weekend. I also do Yoga at home to tone. I don’t need to lose weight so walking and Yoga are just great for me!

But when the weather doesn’t co-operate or I don’t have time to spend all day out, I like exercise DVDs…but they’re odd things, they’re either great fun or really awful. Have to try out lots to find the right ones! If they’re good they occupy your mind so the time passes quickly and its good fun.

    I walk my dogs for an hour every morning but I also walk everywhere, I don’t drive and live in a quiet village with a very limited bus service. By the time I have done my housework, gardening, shopping and then the occasional DIY, decorating or window cleaning I don’t have the energy to go to a gym
