So I can finally announce that I have been selected to take part in the Weight Watchers Back to Best challenge with Brit Mums 🙂
Some of you may say, you’re not over weight or you don’t need to lose weight but for me I do. In the 18 months I’ve been back at work I’ve managed to put on over 1 1/2 stone! In fact I’m not far off the weight I was when I went on maternity leave with Ethan! My work trousers are so tight they are only done up with 1 button as I can’t reach the other one and I’m far too stubborn (& poor) to buy the next size up.
So enough is enough, I’m doing this challenge for me, I want to be happy with my body. I tend not to be guided by weight but more how my clothes fit and with our trip abroad in the new year I’m in need of getting to that happy place.
Today was the start of my Weight Watchers adventure using Pro Points for the first time. I’m using their app too which so far I’ve found it easy to track my points for the day, in fact it’s so easy to use I’m using it as my mobile meal planner.

Over the coming weeks I’ll share with you the highs & the lows on how I get on. I’ve taken my motivational pictures, I was horrified by the bikini ones so thats getting pinned to the fridge!
