You may remember a while ago I started the Weight Watchers Back2Best campaign with Brit Mums.
I was doing well and was a couple of lbs down, then our accident happened and it all went to pot!
Weight Watchers were lovely and sent me a gorgeous bunch of flowers and a bundle of goodies to get me back on track however over the course of the last 5 weeks I have put weight on, more than I lost!#
I’ll admit I’m not surprised. For such a long time on bed rest living on convenience food it was going to happen and it did.
So now that I’m slowly getting back on my feet and have started to gain some willpower back, I’m back on it!
Weight watchers have some yummy no point recipes such as spicy tomato soup. I tried this one for the recipe book before our accident and it was yummy. What I loved is I was able to freeze it in portions which made it a great lunch dish for work!
I will weigh in tomorrow and take it from there. One thing i do know is that I’m going to make sure I reach my target, even if it’s a bit later than my #WWBack2Best bloggers!
