Teeth, pretty important right?
So why is it so many of us are scared of going to the dentist to make sure they are ok? I’m not pointing fingers at anyone here, I’m awful at it. I go to the dentist get the work done then don’t go back for ages.
I’m heading back to the dentist tomorrow as earlier in the year I went and I needed some work doing but I just did not have the cash to get it done. So tomorrow I’m going in to see what they say and get the work started.
It’s funny though, with Kayleigh and Ethan I’m meticulous that they have their teeth brushed and cleaned plus they have regular check ups at the dentist, so why don’t I do it for myself?
I’m a chicken that’s why, I hate going to dentists.
I’ll go only when I need to go however this time I’ve made myself a promise. I’m going to get the work done then go back for regular check ups and look after my teeth as they really are important,
Oral B are looking to help promote their Love Your Gums campaign, educating people about the importance of healthy gums. Many people don’t realise that most people will get gum health issues at some point in their lives and it’s the biggest cause of tooth loss.
I have been trying on the Oral B Pro-Expert Premium Gum Protection toothpaste for the last few weeks and already I’m starting to notice a difference.
When I visited the dentist last they told me my gums were in bad shape and I would be giving a little lesson in looking after them better. Since using the Oral B Pro-Expert Premium Gum protection toothpaste they feel so much better, less tender and less red.
I’m going to carry on using the new toothpaste and hope that after the work has been carried out on my teeth I won’t be suffering with them anymore.
So if you’re putting off going to see the dentist and looking after your teeth don’t! Why let yourself suffer when you could be showing off a gleaming smile!
