If you’ve read this blog before you will know I’ve tried countless exercise routines and programs and as of yet not really found anything that I can say I love doing (can you say that about exercise at any point?!)
Anyway that may have changed!
Recently I was given the chance for a 2 week trial to MummyWorkouts.com and it is something a little different to other home workouts which I really like.
Firstly the classes are all live, so you tune in at your time (currently 7.30pm and some at 8.15pm) for a 30 minute workout, at the moment they have:
- Full body workout
- Legs, Bums and Tums
As well as it being live though, if you have a webcam (and microphone) you can tune in so your instructor can see what you are doing. At first I was a little bit wary of this however it has been a great help as not only are they motivating they can also help with your form with the exercises which you may be doing slightly wrong to ensure you get the best out of each one.
Last week I took part in all 5 classes (I must have been mad) but felt I had a great workout after each one, so much so that so far this week I have worked out another 3 times, with 2 classes coming up tonight as well.
These classes are great for those that may not be able to get to a gym for whatever reason or if you are like me just simply prefer to workout at home, they give you that confidence to work out but also the encouragement to work out too having a class instructor.
I have really enjoyed being able to take part in these classes so much so that I have just upgraded my free trial account to a monthly subscription account. What’s more if you would like to give them a try you can do so for 7 days free here then after that if you wish to continue is just £12 a month. This is a great price for all the classes you can attend.
As they expand I’m hoping they add a few more classes to the other days so I can spread my workouts a little more or as the holiday approaches I’d be able to work out even more!
