Back to school with Brantano

It’s now half way through the summer holidays and our thoughts are now turning to the whole back to school preparation.

Not long after the kids broke up we treated Kayleigh to her first pencil case and back pack as she moved to junior school. The school uniform has been ordered but now we are on to school shoes.

The one thing I am not keen on buying, simply because our shops are always so busy and I find it really stressful trying to organise 2 children to get their shoes.

However this summer I discovered it doesn’t need to be like that as Brantano bring you the best shoe brands to your door, including school shoes! They have great brands such as Brantano, Clarks and Start Rite to choose from, making your life so much more stress free.

Ethan has been very lucky and was given the chance to pick a pair of school shoes ready for September, we went for a pair of Clarks Obie Play G Velcro fastening shoes, made with leather and simple to put on with their Velcro fastening. These are well made and Ethan has said they are really comfortable. I’m just hoping they stand the test of time with Ethan in the playground!

If you are braving the stores to get your school shoes Brantano are currently running a competition in store where you can win after-school adventures up to Β£500. To enter customers need to guess the number of shoe laces in the jar, its running until 4th September so be quick. For more details just ask a member of staff in store.

What is your top tip for surviving the back to school run up? I’d love to hear if you have any time savers or money saving tips as it can be so expensive!
