It seems like the weeks are flying by and before we know it we are back into another meal planning post!
This week is a busy week as Cheltenham festival is on and this makes it a big week for matched betting. With this in mind I have made the meal plan something that can be quickly made in the evenings without too much thought!
Pasta with spinach – Swimming Monday makes a quick dinner again
Burger and chips – Parents evening tonight so quick dinner after that.
Chicken kievs – I still haven’t tried to make these yet so Wednesday is the day.
Sausage and salami stew – I came across a recipe on the Tesco food site which I have adjusted to take out the bits we don’t like!
Jacket potatoes – Simple and quick, one thing we can have with whatever we want on the top.
Rude boy kebabs – We saw these made by Aaron Craze years ago and the recipe is on a scrap of paper, these are delicious. Perfect for a Saturday night treat.
Slow cooker roast chicken – We didn’t have this last week as it was Daddy Vs Work’s birthday so we are going to have it this week.
Need to get myself organised after this week as I’ve lost track of what is in my freezer! So it will be a stock check this week and then ready to meal plan next week 🙂
