Back round to Monday already!
I know I say this all the time but the weeks really are just disappearing.
So with another week here its time to get back to the meal planning. We have been a bit slacky over the last few weeks with sticking to our budget, we’ve had a lot of stress going on lately and I’ve been poorly (again…) however its a new week and time to start afresh.
Here is what is cooking this week:
Burritos – We had left over chilli from our chilli con carne last week. Not loads but enough to freeze so we can add to rice and make some burritos this week.
Cod and potatoes – Something simple and quick to cook. Ethan doesn’t like cod so will have cod fish fingers instead….
Burgers and chips – We have some burgers leftover in the freezer so time to use these up!
Chicken biriani – I’m still trying to nail down this recipe but when I do I will be sharing it on the blog.
Chilli jacket potatoes – Again nice and simple, this is one of my favourite recipes.
Tuna pasta bake – Simple and no stress!
Roast – Again depends on what is on offer this week!
