Another week and time for another meal plan as we come to the end of June.
We have such a busy week this week with something on every night after work, not sure how we are going to fit everything in this week.
So lets get on to the most important thing, the food!
Tandoori salmon – Kids have swimming so we will have this when we get back, it is yummy and super easy to make.
Chicken tikka masala – Never had it last week so we will have it this week!
Jacket potatoes and chilli – Love this dish and again its super easy and quick to make.
Smoked haddock – Easy to cook along with new potatoes and veg.
Spag bol – We have one of Daddy Vs Work’s friends coming over for dinner, this is an easy dish everyone likes!
Homemade kebabs – We never got to try this dish last week from Eat Well For Less but I am going to give it a go as a Saturday fakeaway.
Slow cooker Thai beef curry – Another new recipe but one I can stick in the pot and leave to cook!
I have just realised that 4 recipes I am cooking this week are coming from the Eat Well for Less cookbook, I’ll let you know how I get on!
