Welcome back to our latest meal plan & hello October! How quick has the last 9 months gone?!
I for one and loving October being here, Autumn is my favourite time of the year but more than that our friends are getting married this month and we are heading out to see them tie the knot and enjoy the sun, which we can’t wait for! We haven’t been away since August 2015 so it is a long over due break and a very welcome one here!
We will be putting on the out of office, leaving the pups in the safe hands of my brother and taking a long over due time out away from everyday routine.
However you are not here to read about my need of a holiday but more of our meal plan!
Here is what we are cooking this week:
Pasta with spinach – Easy post swimming meal!
Hache steaks and chips – Still have a few of these from our Musclefood order so going to use these up.
Salmon and rice – Last of the salmon to use up.
Chicken wraps – So easy to make but enjoyed by the whole family.
Pizza – Cheap and cheerful Asda pizza again, we seem to time it well and pick them up in the yellow sticker for £1.40 a pizza which is great value.
Freezer food – with us going away we need to use up the bits and bobs in the freezer!
Roast chicken – Probably in my slow cooker as I’m too lazy to make it in the oven and this way it can cook throughout the day with little effort.
