Welcome back to our meal plan this week.
Last week was pretty much on plan apart from a takeaway on Friday… whoops!
This week is simple tasty dishes, I haven’t really had a chance to look ahead and get a bit more organised, so a quick look at what we had in this week to make it work for us.
Going forward though I am going to need to get a few more dishes on the menu. I also need to start looking at getting our next Musclefood order in place. We have been using their create your own bundles and these are fab as we can get just what we want and will use!
So here is our meal plan for the week:
Leftover chicken stew – We loved this dish from Easy Peasy Foodie last time so we are planning to have it again after swimming.
Sausage, egg and chips – Simple and easy but so tasty!
Tuna pasta bake – This is really easy to make and the kids love it so a winner.
Chicken tray bake – this is a recipe from the Hairy Bikers diet books but looks amazing. It is chicken, vegetables and sweet potatoes so looks yummy.
Meatballs, pasta and garlic bread – Quick and easy for a Friday night treat.
Homemade pizza – We didn’t have this last week as we cheated and brought a takeaway so home made this week!
Roast – our usual Sunday roast depending on what we can buy 😊
