Good morning, I hope you are all enjoying the long weekend if you are lucky to have it off.
Time again for another weekly meal plan, this is the last one of using up what we have as we are due a Musclefood delivery tomorrow.
It is a pretty simple meal plan using up leftover lamb from dinner yesterday (yummy!) and trying out a new recipe that I found this week. I’m looking forward to trying it out.
So, what are we cooking this week?
Leftover lamb Rogan – Using the recipe for our beef Rogan recipe, I will just adjust it slightly to use up leftover lamb.
Tuna pasta bake – I’m back to work today so something simple for dinner.
Firecracker chicken – I found this on Pinch of Nom blog and it sounded delicious so giving it a go. They have some great recipes on their site so check them out.
Sausage, chips and beans – Easy, quick and tasty!
Fish – This will either be haddock or salmon depending on what we fancy.
Spaghetti bolognaise – Delicious but quick to make.
Roast/stew – Again this depends on what we can pick up on offer 😊
Not a bad meal plan, though still need to start bringing some more choices into it over the coming weeks.
