I was challenged by Tesco to come up with a dish that originates from a country that was in the Rugby World Cup to take part in their #CelebrateTheNations campaign.

As we entered into the final weeks of the Great Blogger Bake Off it becomes a whole lot clearer that I would have probably left the competition weeks ago!
