Ok so this week I got back onto my exercise routine after my accident with my finger.

So week 3 is over of the Mutu System and I have to say, don’t be fooled by the 12 minutes of exercise in this week…. its harder than it looks!

Our plan to Get Healthy in 2012 started well and then week 2 we sort of had a hit and miss week.

So its midweek of the Get Healthy and I’m still going strong! Normally by now I start to waver and think that just one can of coke wont hurt but this time I’m determined!
