Letts are here to help with their Key Stage 2 Revision Guides

With 2 weeks of school already under our belt, Letts are back and are getting ready to launch t their new version of the key stage 2 revision guides and workbooks, ready for the 2018 tests.

The books have a variety of ways for children to learn and practise all they need to know for their tests.

This year that includes

  • learn more with free audio
  • have-a-go at hands-on activities
  • Try practise SAT’s questions, just like the ones that pop up in the tests.
  • Receive some top tips along the way

Both the revision guides and the workbooks are available in English, Maths and Grammar, Punctuation & spelling. They will also have practice test papers coming in the new year, so children are able to practice the subjects in the test environment.

We all know that understanding and knowing a subject is one thing, trying to work out what the question is asking you is a completely different problem! These practice tests are great for getting kids into the mindset of the way questions are asked but also how to word their answers back.Letts are here to help with their Key Stage 2 Revision Guides

As parents both Kayleigh and Ethan have sat their KS1 tests over the past few years and before we know it they will be on their KS2. However, we try and make it as fun as possible.

The last thing you want to do is panic your children when it comes to these tests so things like these workbooks make it fun. You can set aside a small amount of time each week to work through the activities in the workbooks and without even realising it, your children are learning and absorbing the information.

As well as trying to make the workbooks hands on and interactive, Letts also try to make them appealing.

They are asking children to pick the smiley face that will take pride of place on their new Key Stage 1 books that are coming next year.

All they are asking you to do is pop over to their site and select your favourite smiley face. Also, one lucky winner will receive a bundle of books and some smiley stationary too! Be quick though, this competition closes at Midnight on Friday 29th September.
