*Review* BEAR alphabites

We all know that breakfast is the most important day and it is the favourite meal of the day for our two!

However it can sometimes be difficult for kids to get a healthy start, especially when there is so much to choice from and lots not being the healthiest to pick from.

This is where BEAR have come to the rescue with their Alphabites.

Alphabites are a delicious healthy breakfast cereal with no refined sugar, salt, or any other nonsense. Instead of refined sugars, they use coconut blossom nectar which contains twice the calcium of milk, and has a naturally low GI.

They come in a choice of 2 flavours Multigrain and Cocoa Multigrain but both are packed full of wholegrain ground wheat, ground oats, coarsely ground corn, ground rice, wholegrain ground barley and coconut blossom nectar.

BEARNow the first sign of how good food is, how much is left…. well we have none of the cocoa box left! Ethan loved them and pretty much ate the whole box himself. It goes to show that its not all about the processed sugar but about just tasting great which makes a great cereal.

These have been a big hit in our house as with all the BEAR products and one that I feel happy with the kids eating getting a great start to the day. You will find these in the cereal aisle in Asda, Tesco, Ocado, Sainsbury’s, Co-op and Waitrose.
