We were invited to take part in the #GeorgeousRoomChallenge with the kids deciding on what would make their dream bedroom using the George Kids Home range.
I had originally thought of trying to combine both Kayleigh and Ethan’s ideas as they currently share a bedroom however Kayleigh has big ideas for her own room when we extend so I am sharing those. Here are her ideas of a dream bedroom:
- Rainbow themed bedroom
- Blue walls with clouds painted on them to reflect the sky
- Lots of butterflies and flowers in the room
- Bookshelves to store all her favourite stories (currently the Harry Potter stories!)
Over on George there is a great range of kids items and we have picked our favourites out that would fit into her room perfectly.
This bookshelf is great for storing lots of books but as it is white it is also perfect for making the room bright. We’ve gone for the mid sleeper bed to give her more space in her room, underneath with a lamp would make a perfect little reading corner along with the beanbag chair.
She has a very clear idea of what she wants in her bedroom when she gets it, in fact I think we may just be paying for it and her designing the whole thing!
Thank you for inviting us to take part George!
