Seriously where are the weeks going this year? Back to Monday and another weekly meal plan.
The good news is I am now back on my feet, still a bit tender and a long way to go but we are finally returning to full health.
This week is a week of celebration with Ethan turning 7 and it also being Father’s day so there will be lots of yummy lazy meals this week.
Pasta with spinach – It’s a swimming night so it will always be something easy.
Fish – Again it will be a lucky dip on the day depending on what we are in the mood for.
Pasta and meatballs – I love the meatballs from Musclefood and I just make a super quick tomatoe sauce for them to go in.
Pizza – It is Ethan’s birthday so this is the meal of his choice! Papa John’s delivery and a night off cooking.
Fish – I know we have it on tuesday but we have so much fish to get through we might as well have it again.
Eating out – We are at our friends for a games night so no cooking tonight
Nothing planned for Sunday. It is Father’s day so the decision is down to Daddy Vs Work on what he fancies to eat today!
