Good morning, welcome back to our latest meal plan.
We are almost running empty in the freezer this week so using up the ingredients that we have before we stock up.
With the long weekend coming up I’m planning on getting organised going forward and trying to bring some new dishes to the menus over the coming weeks. If you have any family friendly suggestions please feel free to pop them in the comments below.
So, what are we cooking this week?
Chilli beef and jacket potatoes – This dish from Eat Well for Less is tasty but also quick!
Tuna pasta bake – Again a quick meal but one the kids enjoy.
Keema curry – This is a tasty dish; the kids won’t eat it but we will enjoy it!
Chicken fajitas – We’ve not had these for a while so looking forward to having them again as we go into the long weekend.
Haddock and potatoes – Using up the last fish we have as we go into the long weekend.
Freezer leftovers – We have some pulled pork or campfire stew in the freezer so we will see how we feel on the day.
Roast – our usual Sunday roast ?
Overall a pretty simple but tasty week for us that should see us clearing space in the freezer and cupboards ready for a restock for the coming months.
What do you have cooking in your house this week?
