Ever since I became a mum, my health and needs have taken a back seat.
I’m one of these mums that rushes around in the morning making sure everyone else is ready then getting myself out of the door in 10 minutes flat as I’ve run out of time. Eating on the go, always on my feet and never taking time out.
It has started to however take a toll on my body and skin. Firstly, my nails and non-existent, they are so weak they snap as soon as they start to grow. My hair has always fallen out quiet a bit since having kids however it has got worse. Don’t start on the crow lines and panda eyes from lack of sleep!
Nature’s Best kindly offered to send me some Colladeen® Visage to try out and see if I could see an improvement in my skin.
I have been trying these out for over a month now to see how I have got on and I am pleasantly surprised.
They contain a high strength anthocyanidins, lutein & green tea extract in each tablet which are known for their health benefits. They work to promote natural collagen production increasing the elasticity in the skin.
You take two tablets a day with your main meal, with no real taste afterwards and they are not too big so are easy to swallow.
One thing I love about these is the fact they use plant sourced compounds that are known to help protect our bodies own collagen. Anthocyanidins are the blue and red plant pigments found in fruit, seeds and berries. So, you know you are not packing your bodies with more chemicals every day.
I know I still have a long way to go with taking care of myself more however I am feeling more confident that my skin in in good hands with these, I can then focus on my diet and exercise a bit more.
Colladeen® Visage is available on Nature’s Best for £18.95 for 60 tablets (a month’s supply) and you can find out more about them here.
I received the product and compensation for my review however all thoughts are my own honest results
