Good morning & welcome back to another meal plan.
I hope the summer is still with you wherever you are however without a breeze it is feeling a bit too muggy where we are, I know I sound like a typical Brit for saying that, sorry!
I do enjoy the warmer weather though and when it’s not been too hot we have managed to get out in the garden and enjoy it.
With just a few weeks till the end of the school term, we are all on a countdown, waiting for a good break and spending some time just relaxing as a family. Till then though I plan easy meals that are good to enjoy in the summer sunshine with little time being spent in the kitchen.
Here are our dinner plans for the week:
Pasta – Quick, simple and tasty.
Chicken & chips – Straight from the freezer and into the oven so I don’t need to think about it too much.
Spaghetti bolognaise – I have some leftover bolognaise in the freezer, so it shouldn’t take too much effort to cook this.
Jacket potatoes – most likely with beans!
Sausage, egg and chips – Tasty but quick!
Lazy food – not much different from the rest of the week to be fair but the kids are at parties today so not likely to want any dinner.
Slow cooker chicken – Not sure what we will have with this yet, we will see what we fancy on the day.
