Our weekly meal plan – 15/10/18

It’s Monday and that mean’s only one thing in our household, time for another meal plan!

I am running a bit behind on my blog of late and even the meal plans are suffering. Everything seems to be last minute at the moment which is not nice at all, hoping to play catch up properly soon and get ahead of myself before the big Christmas rush on the blog.

So with the last minute meal plan, I am using just what we have in the freezer and probably our usual family favourites as it means there is no need for me to rush out and by any additional bits. Our shopping of late has got a bit out of hand in terms of the last minute additions so I would like to get this under control again!

Here is the plan for this weeks meal plan:

Monday –

Pukka pie and chips – We love pukka pies and I picked up a couple from Asda on offer this week. Perfect post swimming meal.

Tuesday –

Bacon rolls – It is parents evening so we will be having something quick like bacon rolls for dinner.

Wednesday –

Spaghetti and meatballs – Love how simple but tasty this dish can be.

Thursday –

Tuna pasta bake – Quick, easy and something everyone will eat!

Friday –

Steak & chips – Another quick and easy meal.

Saturday –

Homemade pizza – Celebrating the start of half term with some cooking with the kids.

Sunday –

Roast – We love roasts all year round however it is even yummier when it is chilly!

So there is nothing new or exciting in the menu, however, I’m hoping that sticking with meals we love and ones where we already have the ingredients in the house it will help keep the food bill down a little this week!
