Good morning and welcome back to another meal plan.
Last weeks meal plan didn’t go to plan at all. In fact, it wasn’t even worth us having one!
The building work is just wrecking our meals and our budget as long days and late nights have seen us reaching for convenience food or takeaways. So I am going to try and get myself organised a little better this week and try and get back to meal planning a little better.
We do need to start expanding our dinner choices too, I just don’t think now is the right time with so much going on so I’m going to wait before we try out some new recipes. For now though, here is what we are cooking this week.
Our meal plan – 18/11/19
Chilli burritos – Looking forward to these as most of it is already made, just need reheating.
Sweet potato and chickpea curry – We’ve had this a few times in the past and it is delicious, so I can’t wait for this one.
Mini toad in the holes – One for the kids, they will love these as they always do!
Spaghetti bolognaise – Another easy meal using up portions from the freezer.
Fish cakes and chips – Fish Friday for us!
Pizza – Not a takeaway! One from the supermarket for us.
Roast – Not sure what we are having yet, this will depend on what is on offer at the supermarket.
