Good morning and welcome back to another meal plan.
It has been quiet on the blog this last week as we start to wind down for the Christmas break, however, I am still planning on getting our meal plans up on the blog over the next few weeks if nothing else.
I love this time of the year as it is all about chilled out family time and good food, some that you might not have throughout the year. The kids love it as we seem to have an endless supply of treats in the house and I usually always say yes to having some as its Christmas!
Our meal plan this week is going to be using up some of the food in our freezer to allow us space to get things in ready for the Christmas break, I avoid the supermarkets as much as possible over Christmas. It is pretty simple but it should be tasty.
Our meal plan – 14/12/20
Leftover lamb curry – I am using up the lamb from yesterday to make a curry using this recipe.
Cottage pie – I can’t remember when I last cooked these so looking forward to it.
Sausage, egg and chips – Super simple but yummy.
Keema curry – Still using up the mince in the freezer.
Takeaway – Time for a family film and takeaway!
Chilli con Carne – Already cooked and in the freezer to use up.
Slow-cooked lamb shanks and mash – These are delicious, the recipe is super easy to follow too.
