It’s time again for another weekly meal plan. I don’t know about anyone else, but last week seemed to fly by.
We were not very good with our meal plan though last week, with lots of meals changed or takeaways ordered. This week though, we need to be a bit better! With the Easter break now just a few more days away, I am just going to get through this week before I start to get my act together a bit more with our meal times.
I have also had to oder a new cooker as our last one has been a bit temperamental recently, this arrives on Saturday, so maybe I’ll be a bit more motivated to get some cooking done.
For now though, lets get back to this weeks meal plan.
Our meal plan – 22/03/21
Peri peri chicken and rice – Super simple but delicious.
Pizza – Quick oven dinner.
Chicken nuggets and chips – Sometimes the simple meals are the best.
Pasta – I’m not sure what with or how yet so it will depend on what we fancy.
Takeaway – It is the end of the month almost so a little treat to celebrate the start of the break.
Chilli con Carne – I plan to batch cook a bit of this.
Roast or stew – We will see what we are in the mood for towards the end of the week.
There is nothing new or exciting on the menu, we just want to crawl our way to the half-term break!
