Making time for me with MUTU System

Back in November I was kindly invited to an event hosted by MUTU system founder Wendy Powell.

At the event we were given the chance to understand the MUTU system, how it works and also watch a powerful documentary called Embrace. Alongside this we got to speak to the lovely Wendy who was so helpful and honest too.

Let’s face it, our bodies are amazing. If you’ve had children, they have giving you an amazing gift.

So why do we not give it a little TLC more often?

What is the MUTU System?

It is a recommended exercise and recovery program to help you eliminate ‘mummy tummy’, Diastasis Recti and pelvic floor weakness.

After giving birth lots of women suffer from Diastasis Recti and pelvic floor weakness. This program is to help you close the Diastasis Recti and strengthen the core.

With this program it is online for life, so the videos can be accessed alongside the forums to chat to other like-minded people and get some support along the way.

Don’t be fooled though, when doing the exercises, they may seem simple enough but they are not! You will feel the muscles working during and post work out.

Wendy also appears to give you encouragement when the times get tough, just a little talk to remind you of why you are doing this.

It also has a handy food section on foods you should be eating and avoiding, it encourages you to try out new foods too.

How did I find MUTU System?

With any exercise, you get in what you put out.

I haven’t been great with my diet and that has slowed down the results however that is my fault.

The system itself is fantastic for women of all fitness levels, it is built with us in mind. Wendy is there to spur you on and remind you just how far you can push yourself with a little self-belief.

With the course being accessed online, it means you can do it anywhere in the home around your busy life which is great for mums in every aspect of life.

I also found the course actually quiet relaxing (can you say that about exercise!) with the focus on your breathing and engaging your muscles it trains you to focus on the areas that are important and perfect those techniques.

With the course I feel anyone can work on their fitness levels, repair their bodies and even your mind.

You do need to ensure you allow yourself time to do your workouts, 35 minutes or so a day to focus on yourself isn’t too much to ask however just try and get a routine that works for you. You are also encouraged to walk more on a daily basis too which helps improve your fitness.

As I mentioned above my eating has not been great and tomorrow I take a step to improve that, alongside that though I am also planning on carrying on with my MUTU system and I would love you to join me.

There are no excuses, only those you make. Why not give your body a little bit of love back 🙂

Don’t forget MUTU system have kindly offered my readers 15% off their purchase using the code EMBRACE15. At full price it is £146 if you split it over 2 payments or a one off payment of £124, then use the code EMBRACE15 for your 15% discount too!

I would love for you to join me on this journey to a healthier you.
