*Review* Confused.com Parking App

Everyone has heard of Confused.com and now they have just brought out a great new app to both the android and apple market.

Their new app is all about parking. You know  that feeling when you pop to a new shopping complex, go round the round about a couple of times whilst you try to find a car park and then end up somewhere which you later find out is twice the price of another car park. This is the way forward!

The app itself works from the GPS of your phone’s location, it then gives you a list or a map showing you the various car parking spaces near you.

This list can be sorted either by cost or distance and it also shows the price of each parking area per 2 hours.

What is great about this part of the app is once you have selected which car park you wish to go to you can then get directions to the car park, fantastic if like me you get lost at the slightest difference in surroundings!

Once you park up you can set an alarm to remind you when your ticket is about to run out. So if you don’t want to spend more than 60p (as I can show you this one!) you can set it so the app gives you an alarm as it’s about to run out. This alarm can be set also to give you time to get back to the car, for example 10 minutes.

Another great feature is the break down at what is available at each car park. It tells you whether there are disabled spaces, CCTV and the number of spaces overall as well as a number of other bits of information which comes in very handy when you are travelling in a hurry with 2 toddlers.

The best thing about this app is though? The fact it is absolutely free! Simple download and away you go. No more paying for expensive parking or parking miles away from your destination, thanks to confused.com. You can find out more about the app and download it direct here from Confused.com.

These opinions are all my own however I did receive the handset in order to review this app in the android version.
