*Review* Old el Paso

I love Mexican food and I also love it when its super easy to make, so our delivery of Old el Paso goodies was well received in this house!

Old el Paso

The first thing tried was the nacho’s, everyone loves some nachos with a movie. In the box you are provided with the nacho’s and sauce, all you need to do is provide the cheese and any extras you may want, we went with jalapeno and sour cream to complete ours.

Simply spread the nachos out over a plate, add the sauce and cover with cheeses then stick them in the microwave for a couple of seconds and away you go.

I did also try the smoky chipotle chilli & honey casserole in the slow cooker but unfortunately it was a dodgy slow cooker (now in the bin!) which in a few hours turned it to a black inedible mess! It did however smell amazing before that!

The one thing I really love about the Old el Paso is that everyone can make Mexican food for their family easily. The instructions are clear and to the point and all of the recipes are easy to make.

If you’re looking for some meal time inspiration Old el Paso has their full range of meals online in a recipe section plus they have other ideas such as Mexican crispy pork fajita instead of the usual chicken.

Also make sure you look out for offers in the supermarket next time you are shopping, we recently tried the new soft taco kit that has just been released and it was yummy!
