Welcome back to our latest meal plan! This week we are running down the contents of the freezer ready for our delivery from MuscleFood at the end of the week.
I came across a new blog called Easy Peasy Foodie last week and she had some amazing looking meals, one of which we are trying this week.
We are still hitting the wall with meal options so this week I am on the look out for meat free pasta dishes, if you have any that your family love, please pop the link in the comment box below.
So what are we cooking this week?
Monday –
Roast Chicken Leftovers Stew with Easy Peasy Dumplings – I came across this recipes during the week and it sounds amazing. We had chicken yesterday so perfect way to use up the leftovers. Make sure you check out this blog for more yummy meals!
Tuesday –
Smoked haddock and new potatoes – We’ve still got fish to use up in the freezer!
Wednesday –
Pasta & Meatballs – Simple and quick meal for us tonight.
Thursday –
Freezer food – We have a MuscleFood delivery coming tomorrow so its time to use up what we have in the freezer to create space.
Friday –
Burgers & chips – Quick meal to make as part of our family movie night.
Saturday –
Tuna pasta bake – This is the one meal the kids will eat without one of them complaining so always on the menu.
Sunday –
Roast/stew – this will all depend on what we have on offer in the shopping again this week.
Lots of easy to cook meals this week, minimal effort needed.
