Our weekly meal plan – 07/09/20

Good morning, happy Monday and welcome back to today’s meal plan. Today is our first full day back in normal routine for everyone, so today is going to be a long one. With that in mind, I am going to make this week and easy week where possible and try and just get through it!

Our meal plans have been going ok so far, we’ve not had lots of success with the meals we have tried out, however, we are getting somewhere with it. The kids are at least trying some of the new meals so hopefully, we will hit a jackpot and find a few ones that everyone eats.

Anyway, back to this week’s meal plan.3

Our meal plan – 07/09/20

Monday –

Pizza – As I expect it to be a long day for everyone we are going with a simple dinner.

Tuesday –

Pork chops and mash – Again enjoyed by everyone, though the kids will have chips.

Wednesday –

Toad in the hole – This is liked by everyone so it is a winner!

Thursday –

Chicken curry – Depending on what we are in the mood for, though likely to be a Rogan using this recipe.

Friday –

Takeaway – Time for our weekly “get out of cooking dinner” card!

Saturday –

Cottage pies – It’s been a while however we’ve brought individual pie dishes which makes these yummy but also freezable too for any spares I make!

Sunday –

Roast – This will all be dependant on what I am able to get from shopping.

This weeks meal plans are all family hits, I am not looking for any battles this week when it comes to dinners as we try and get back into a routine of all being out the house for the first time in 6 months! We will get back to trying some new dishes in the coming weeks, however, this week is all about comfort.
