Good morning and welcome back to an extremely late meal plan! I was behind anyway, then yesterday turned into a little bit of chaos and time got away from me in the end.
But, better late than never right?!
This week we are going to be working through some of the ingredients we have in our cupboards. Does anyone else find that they have different sauce mixes and packets lying around, but they can’t even remember buying them? With everything going on, it will be an easy week of meals for us. Though I have brought myself the latest Pinch of Nom book and I love the sound of some of the recipes, I can’t wait to try them in the coming weeks.
For now though, back to this weeks meal plan:
Our meal plan – 26/01/21
Tuesday –
Spaghetti bolognaise – This is already in the freezer, just need to cook some spaghetti for an easy dinner.
Wednesday –
Pasta and vegetables – Super quick and uses up some of the veg in the fridge that is going past its best.
Thursday –
Chicken katsu curry – Here is one of those packet mixes that need using up!
Friday –
Takeaway – Roll on Friday is all I can say!
Saturday –
Honey chilli pork – One recipe from the new Pinch of Nom cookbook.
Sunday –
Roast – I’m thinking a roast chicken so we can use the leftover chicken the next day but we shall see what is on offer.
All in all, it is going to be a yummy week! I can’t wait to try out some new dishes and hopefully find some meals that are tasty but don’t take up too much time in the evening.
