Last weeks meal plan pretty much went to plan apart from a couple of nights, this week I need to make sure I’m a bit more organised as tonight and Thursday see me studying from 5.45pm so that only gives me just over 1 1/2 hours to get in, cook dinner & spend time with the kids. So this weeks meal planner is pretty straight forward.
Monday – Pasta with tomato, basil, mozzarella & parmesan sauce.
Tuesday – Toad in the whole, mash & onion gravy
Wednesday – Honey & mustard chicken, rice
Thursday – spaghetti bolognaise
Friday – Sausage hot pot with fresh-baked rolls
Saturday – Pork chops mash & beans
Sunday – Roast chicken, parsnips, carrots, peas, Yorkshire’s & roast potatoes.
Now the plan is set, lets see if I can stick to it!
