Good morning and welcome back to another weekly meal plan.
Our freezer has almost been emptied of things that have been sat there for a little while and we are getting ready for a new order from MuscleFood. We’ve been ordering our meats from MuscleFood for a number of years now as I just find the value and quality far better than a supermarket. Other than Costco’s this is the only place I really buy meat from now, including our turkey at Christmas. They also always seem to have a deal on too which is great for watching the pounds as long as you buy what you need rather than getting swept up in what you would like.
This week I am also getting back to eating healthier, the last few weeks I haven’t been the best at eating and it is not really helping my fitness levels after working out having a kit kat before the shower or a takeaway for tea! So there are a couple of new meals on the menu and some basic ones too coming back round just to make meal times a little easier. This is being combined with getting Ethan to widen his choices of meals too as he is still resisting most meals other than 2-3 he will eat…
Our meal plan – 01/04/19:
Monday –
Pizza pasta – Never tried this recipe before but I have seen it in the Slimming World magazine and it looks delicious.
Tuesday –
Chicken Biriani – Again another recipe I have never made before but it looked nice so giving it a go.
Wednesday –
Steamed fish & potatoes – Simple but tasty meal tonight.
Thursday –
Sausage, egg & beans – Quick but delicious!
Friday –
Bacon, chilli and tomato pasta – Sounds simple and looks amazing so can’t wait to give it a go.
Saturday –
.Beef hotpot – Another new recipe on the menu, using up some beef from the freezer.
Sunday –

There are some new meals on the menu this week but this is for everyone to try, I feel we’ve become a little set in our ways of late so looking forward to trying out a couple of new reipes this week.
