Good morning and welcome back to our weekly meal plan.
Over the weekend we have stocked up on things for the cupboard and also had our Musclefood delivery, we are just waiting for our Christmas hamper from Musclefood which is due to arrive the weekend before Christmas. Hopefully, now we have lots of bits in, we should only need fresh bits over the coming weeks and we can avoid the supermarkets for the coming weeks as it is always chaos.
I have got a few dishes coming up that we may not have normally had, simply as we had some items in our Musclefood order which we may not have ordered if it was a create your own hamper. They sound nice though so looking forward to trying them out.
BBQ chicken & sweet potato wedges – The chicken was part of our Musclefood order so looking forward to trying them.
Mexican tortilla baskets – We never got around to having this last week so we plan to have it again this week.
All-in-one spicy pork and rice – This recipe from Hairy Bikers is delicious and one we love, so simple to make too!
Spaghetti bolognaise – I made a batch of this last weekend so it is just a case of reheating this and cooking some spaghetti.
Pizza – Friday night treat in this house!
Fish and chips – simple but very tasty.
Takeaway – We are out and about on Sunday so probably something quick and simple on the way home for us.
