Good morning and welcome back to another meal plan.
Last weeks meal plan didn’t quite go to plan, however, we didn’t have a week of takeaways we just moved meals around or hand other bits we already had in the house instead. This does, however, mean we have lots of bits and pieces in the house to use up before they are no good.
This week I am trying to get back into a routine with the kids before we head back to school but at the same time where I can I plan to bulk cook meals to save us some time in September when we do go back to school.

Now back to our meal plan for this week, this is what we are cooking this week.
Our meal plan – 12/08/19
Mexican tortilla baskets – This great recipe from the Eat Well for Less series never got made last week so it is back on the meal plan.
Sausage and mini roast potatoes – A really quick dinner but one we can all enjoy.
Cod in parsley sauce with new potatoes – Again we never had this last week so looking forward to it this week.
Keema curry – Still unsure on this one so it may change!
Hot dogs and chips – The request of Ethan.
Pizza – This is Kayleigh’s request.
Roast – This is all dependant on what I pick up when shopping so it may change.
This week is a bit all over the place with our meal planning as I just struggled with picking what we are going to have! I do need to focus a bit more on our dinners but for now, it is just about surviving around the building work!
