Good evening and welcome back to a slightly later than usual meal plan.
This week is just going to be completely manic and to reflect that I am planning a simple but quick meal plan for us to stick to! I am going to be making a dash to Costco this week for work so plan on stocking up on some essentials whilst I am there. I also have a freezer full of bits to use upon the coming weeks so again, we will be starting there before buying more food.
Over the last few weeks, we have not really stuck to the meal plans, so in the coming weeks, I plan to do a lot better with them. For now, though, I know time is against us and I just need to get through this week!
Our meal plan – 15/07/19
Monday –
Freezer food – Simple and quick to do tonight as I had a late meeting.
Tuesday –
Rice bolognaise – I am out of spaghetti however we will just substitute this with rice!
Wednesday –
Chicken burgers and chips – The kids loved these last time we had them.
Thursday –
Tuna pasta bake – Seems like such a long time since we had this.
Friday –
Take away – Last day of term but also a day where Ethan is getting a special award at school (he doesn’t know this bit!)
Saturday –
Hot dogs and wedges – Something easy but quick as we start to get the house organised for our building work.
Sunday –
Roast – It feels like a while since we have had a roast!
