Good morning and welcome back to another weekly meal plan.
It has been very busy here with building work and on the blog with our Christmas content, I am looking forward to the break soon! However, towards the end of the week, we were a little better with our eating. We are going to continue that this week and hopefully in the coming weeks we will be able to add a few more recipes to our meal choices.
Here is what we have cooking this week:
Our meal plan – 25/11/19
Monday –
Chicken burgers and chips – Simple but needed as it is another late night working on the bedroom.
Tuesday –
Spaghetti bolognaise – I picked up some reduced mushrooms and have some carrots that need using up so this is the perfect dish for this, plus we always end up with extra for the freezer.
Wednesday –
Eating at work – It is an open evening for me at work so I will be eating there, everyone else will be having something quick.
Thursday –
Sweet potato and chickpea curry – Missed this one last week so looking forward to having this.
Friday –
Takeaway – To celebrate the end of the building work!
Saturday –
Tacos – We haven’t had these in a while so looking forward to making these.
Sunday –
Roast or stew – This may depend on how long it takes for us to put up the beds over the weekend!
It is not the most inspiriting weekly meal plan we have done, however, it is one that sums up where we are at the minute with everything going on. Last week though and we are there!
