Welcome back to our latest instalment of our weekly meal plan.
Another week of the summer holidays down and we are trying our best to get through our freezer stock!
We have lots of fish still to use up so that will be featuring on the menu again. I’m also hoping to try out some new recipes this week too.
So this is what is cooking in our kitchen this week:
Chicken tikka masala – Home made from the Eat Well for Less book. Never tried it so hoping it is nice.
Fish – Not sure which kind yet but we will see how we feel on the day.
Pasta and meatballs – I have some delicious meatballs from Musclefood which I would like to use up.
Chicken Kievs – There is a recipe in the Eat Well for Less book (lots of great ones to use!) that I would like to try for the whole family. These have a chive butter instead of garlic.
Pancakes – Ethan’s pick for the week.
Chilli jacket potatoes – Easy but tasty!
BBQ – I’m hoping the weather may be nice enough to actually have a BBQ! However this may change nearer the time.
