Good morning and welcome to our late meal plan!
With snow coming down heavy over the weekend, we’ve had a lazy weekend of snow fights, hot chocolate and relaxing. Which mean’s everything has been left to catch up on today!
So, with the cold weather here, we are planning a week of lazy meals but hearty at the same time. Plus a few family favourites thrown in to the mix!
The good news is though, only 2 weeks left at work/school and no swimming till the new year so we are not rushing around quite so much with dinners.
This is what we are cooking this week:
Monday –
Roast pork – We moved a few meals around last week so the roast pork is today. We are all at home due to the snow so there is no rushing around today
Tuesday –
Chicken wraps – Easy meal but delicious. Served with grated cheese and sour cream, yummy!
Wednesday –
Pancakes – Family favourite makes it to the menu again!
Thursday –
Meatballs & pasta – Super simple however delicious so looking forward to this meal.
Friday –
Friday night takeaway – Now I am back at work, takeaways are on the menu for a Friday so I can put my feet up.
Saturday –
Beef stew & dumplings – Easy to make, just throw it all in the slow cooker! Hearty food without any stress.
Sunday –
Toad in the hole – Not made this in a while however sausages and Yorkshire pudding are always going to be a winner in this household.
