Another Monday and time for another weekly meal plan.
With just 2 weeks left of the summer holiday the plan is to run the freezer and cupboards down and then do a top up when our routine is back in place. That being said though I am struggling to find inspiration for meals over the last few weeks so once we are back on track I’d like to find some new recipes for us all to try out.
So, what is on the menu this week?
Chicken wraps – easy to prepare and make, plus they are tasty!
Tandoori salmon – Love this dish, so easy to make and super tasty.
Chilli jacket potatoes – Never had this last week so plan to use up some steak this week for this dish.
Mini toad in the holes – I made this a few weeks back for the first time and the kids loved it. Super simple but very filling!
Meatballs & tagliatelle – The meatballs from Musclefood are the best so we are going to have this again. Simple home made sauce to go with it.
Cod & potatoes – The last of the cod being used up from our freezer.
Slow cooker roast chicken – I am looking to use the slow cooker as it is easy to make plus makes stripping the chicken easier. More leftovers for salad the following week too!
