So I’m back on the Weight Watchers and on my 2nd week since the accident and I’m 2lbs down!
Now although its a great achievement, I’m only back where I started. This is a little disheartening as I had hoped to be half a stone lighter by this point.
However it is a step in the right direction.
The one big change I have made in my food is portion size. In my box of goodies I got at the start from Weight Watchers I received a set of electronic scales, measuring spoons and an oil sprayer.
The scales are my favourite item so far as not only do they measure the items but they show you the pro points for them too. So much easier when serving up dinner to get them out and dish up the right size portion!
On my first go I realised that I was eating almost 4 times the portion size of rice recommended! Think that may be the cause of my issues!
I am determined to stick to losing 2lb a week, this will see me reaching my target early January ready for a new year and a new me!
