Bathroom Makeover – The final reveal!

So after winning our bathroom back in August and starting it just before Christmas we are finished (apart from wiring in the underfloor heating which should be hopefully the end of this month!)

It looks simply amazing but before I show you the finish pictures let me remind you of how it did look:

Bathroom Our current Bathroom

Horrible, dark, small are probably just a few things you could use to describe it.

However after many, many hours of hard work by my future father in law it now looks like this :

As the room is small we have tried to keep it as clean-line as possible with just little splashes of colour and it works really well.

I think you’d agree it has had a huge facelift.

I love going in our bathroom and from trying to persuade people not to go in there I’m now inviting them in to have a look at it!

This is probably now my favourite (and smallest!) room in our house and I’m so pleased we got it done. Once the underfloor heating is finished I will be sure to pop up a review of that on its own.

Our huge thanks have to go to the people below as without them it wouldn’t have happened!

Just seen this competition also from Victoria Plumb – you need to send in a photo of your Victoria Plumb bathroom – and I thought ‘hmmm who do I know who has one of those?’ 😉
