Making the most of family time

Our weekends are mostly manic, catching up on things that never got done during the working week and also things that we would like to do together.

This weekend was no different with the bank holiday weekend giving us an extra day to spend together however before we could relax we took the chance to re arrange both bedrooms and take some garden waste to the tip.

We then took the chance of the warm weather to head over to the National Trust site Ashridge estate to enjoy a yummy picnic and the walks in the wood.

It also gave me a chance to get the camera our for the first time in a long time and get some pictures on the kids and the bluebells which are out.

The weekends are the best days of the week and if we ever win the lottery every day would be the weekend!

Why not get outdoors and capture some family time, here is a tip from Rich Heath, Center Parcs seasoned snapper, Squirrels, deer and swans are all residents at Center Parcs ā€“ why not see what nature is living right on your doorstep?

This is my entry to the Center Parcs and Tots100 May challenge. If Iā€™m chosen, I would like to visit Elveden Forest ā€“ Brandon, Suffolk (though the Woburn one is only about 40 minutes from us!) .
