Happy Monday and welcome back to another meal plan as we move halfway into October already.
I have been finding that meal planning is making my life so much easier now we are back at work and school, not having to think about what I am cooking and what’s for dinner during the week is one less stress. It is also helping with shopping as I am not buying random food each week, cutting back the food waste too.
This weeks meal plan is simply delicious food as we continue to head into winter with as less stress as possible! There are a few new dishes on the menu, more as I haven’t made them for a long time but we have eaten them as takeaway versions in the past!
Here is what we have cooking at our house this week:
Our meal plan – 12/10/20
Monday –
Five bean, sweet potato and vegetable tacos – This is a new dish for us but I’m sure it will be delicious!
Tuesday –
Salmon parcels – It has been a while since I made these so looking forward to them.
Wednesday –
Beef in black bean sauce – I have never made this before but it is one of my favourite takeaway dishes!
Thursday –
Sausage, egg and chips – Easy but delicious.
Friday –
Takeaway – Time for our weekly “get out of cooking dinner” card!
Saturday –
Sweet and sour chicken – It has been a while since we had this so hoping the kids enjoy it.
Sunday –
Roast – This will all be dependant on what I am able to get from shopping.
I can’t wait to get tucked in with this weeks menu, I’m looking forward to every dish on the menu.
