So we’ve had a look at the main course but my favourite dishes at Christmas are the puddings and this meringue dish is a perfect treat for the end of the day!
This yummy meringue is full of Christmas flavours and doesn’t require too much effort you can enjoy the festive period. You could even make this in advance and just defrost it on the day you need it, even more of a reason to put your feet up over the festive period.
If you are making this for the whole family you could of course change of the Cointreau orange cream for orange juice to make it a bit more kid-friendly.
