Potatoes are a great addition to any meal and one the whole family tend to enjoy. They are also incredibly versatile and get can be used in a number of different ways, making them one of my must have’s every week on our shopping list.
However, many of us are guilty of using them in simple recipes such as roasts, mash and chips. There are so many other exciting ways to use them instead!
Some fantastic bloggers linked up to our Foodie Friday linky last week with some amazing dishes which make potatoes the star of the show, here are my favourite 6.
