Good morning and welcome back to another weekly meal plan.
It is getting busy here as we ramp up to our popular Countdown to Christmas giveaways later this week so it is likely to be busy evenings as I make sure everything is in place ready to go.
Meal planning has been going well, even on days when things don’t always go to plan, we now have got into better habits of making sure we make alternatives with things we have in the house.
Over the coming weeks, I am working on a new blog and for that, we will be trialling out some new recipes in our meal plan to add to the site, I can’t wait to share that a bit more with you all.
Back to this weeks meal plan, here is what we have cooking this week:
Our meal plan – 16/11/20
Chicken in black bean sauce and egg fried rice – I have never attempted this so looking forward to trying out a new recipe this week.
Sausage, egg and chips – This is always popular in our house.
Spaghetti bolognaise – Simple but tasty!
Parmesan crusted chicken – Another new dish but everyone loves chicken and cheese so hopefully, this will be a winner.
Takeaway – Time for our weekly “get out of cooking dinner” card!
Pasta with vegetables – A simple dinner using up some vegetables in the fridge.
Beef stew and dumplings – I’m going to slow cook it today in the oven with dumplings.
I can’t wait to give this week new meals a try, I am looking forward to trying them out on the family and fingers crossed we will have a new family favourite.
