Good morning, I hope the sun is shining where you are. It is Monday and that means only one thing, time for another meal plan.
Last week’s meal plan didn’t really go to plan, we were just too lazy, and it hit the pocket and most likely our waist line too!
So today we are back to meal planning for this week with the plan to use up what we have in and then plan for the weeks ahead with a new Musclefood order, I always got for the build your own hamper to ensure we can get what we need..
This is the meal plan for the week:
Fishcakes – We never did have them last week so time to try them now!
Steak and chips – The steaks from Musclefood are delicious so we are going for the simple option of steak and chips.
Chilli burritos – We have left over chilli con carne in the freezer, so this calls for delicious burritos for dinner tonight.
Burger and chips – Again we have odd packets of burgers in the freezer so planning to use them up.
Pulled pork & wedges – I love our slow cooker puller pork recipe so can’t wait to have this.
Keema curry – Again we are being lazy here as we have a portion of keema curry frozen from last week.
So, there is nothing special on the meal plan this week really however it should clear out a bit of space in our freezer ready for a delivery but also using up some of the frozen meals we have in.
