I am a huge fan of Mia Tui products and have been since I met Charlotte back in 2011 at the Baby Show. I did a review back then on my blog and have worked with them a few times over the years however I have also spent my hard-earned money on their products for myself and others.
Recently I have been looking for a new bag for work for a while and Mia Tui kindly gifted me this Maya backpack to try out. Now that I am walking to work with the kids I was looking for an alternative to a shoulder bag as it kept slipping whilst carrying everything else of the kids they couldn’t carry. So thinking a little more logically I thought a backpack would be more of a safer option, however, I wanted one that looked pretty too!
As I said at the beginning Mia Tui is a brand I go back to time and time again. This is not because I have to work with them in the past but because their products are of great quality and look great too.
I have kindly been gifted a Maya backpack in true purple and it is perfect for what I need.
Made with man-made soft faux leather, the colour brings a bit of pop to any outfit you are wearing. Although I have it in purple, it is available in 14 colours in total so you are sure to find a colour you love.
Like any Mia Tui bag, it is more than just a plain bag. Inside it is designed to make your life easier, you will find:
- 1 Clear bag
- Insulated Bottle Holder
- Key clip
- Phone pocket
- Pen holder
Personally, I used the clear bag to hold little things such as pain killers, plasters etc. It just means that when my bag is full I know where to go straight away if I need any of these bits.
I was a little unsure as to whether the bag would be big enough as I have been using the Matilda Mae bag as my everyday bag and this has lots of space. However, I didn’t need to be concerned as the backpack had more than enough space for what I needed. Out of all my Mia Tui bags I own (I have 5 now…) this is my favourite. Each one is used for different occasions but this one is by far my favourite one!
